Comments: Ahoy, I\'m a student studying Law and German at Trinity College Dublin who really wants to get involved in yacht racing. However I have found it quite difficult to get my foot in the door. I’m a qualified dinghy instructor and have raced my Laser Radial internationally but ever since last August, when I got the opportunity to sail on a Varianta 44 in the Boddenetappen in north Germany, I’ve realised just how amazing big boat racing is and so am currently in the middle of my RYA Day Skipper training. Here is a list of any relevant yachting experience. -2014: crewed on a Beneteau 36.7 (called Holy Grounder) to/around the Scilly Isles from Cork Harbour -2014: completed my Competent Crew on a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37 (Yola) -Winters 2015/16: crewed on a Beneteau 27.7 (Jigsaw) in Dublin in the Dun Laoghaire Sunday morning Forstbite sailing- called the \"Turkey Shoot\" & \"Spring Chicken\"! -2017: crewed in the Boddenetappen Regatta on a Varianta44 -2017: completed my first weekend of my Day Skipper on a Beneteau 36.7 (Holy Grounder) -2018: currently looking forward to my first transatlantic crossing aboard the Volvo 70 Green Dragon. Comments: Hello everyone! I\'ve grown upon the east coast of Italy in Pesaro and started to sail at the age of 6. As a family, we have vacationed chartering sailboats in Sardinia, Sicily, and the Italian coastline as well as in the Caribbean. Growing up on the sea instilled in me a passion for sailing since the age of 7 on Optimists, Open Bics and monohulls. As I got older, I gained more experience on 420’s, Laser Standards, and on the Farr 30, Farr 40 and Tp 52. Since 2014, I have spent 2-4 weeks every summer at Centro Velico Caprera in Sardinia, sailing the Laser Bahia, Topaz Argo, Laser Vago,Rs 500, Waszp, J 80 and Benetteau First 25.7. Last year, I was selected as one of the youngest to undergo training to become an instructor at the sailing school, which I successfully completed. It was during my time during these summers that I developed a very strong interest in participating as a crew member on a boat after watching boat-side several Maxi Rolex Cup Races. The excitement, teamwork, and hard work involved drive me to humbly and eagerly learn while contributing as a team member in any capacity. Because of my love for the water, I have been swimming competitively since I was 6 years old with a local swim team. In addition, in 2016, I obtained the International Life Saving (ILS) certificate as a lifeguard in the pool and open water with jet ski and the Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate. I am currently enjoying learning to kite-surf and have just obtained my nautical license. If given this opportunity, I am open to contributing any way I can but mostly, gain experience learning in this fascinating environment which has always been a dream for me. I speak Italian, English and French. - RYA Practical Day Skipper and VHF Short Range Certificate (will be sitting my RYA Offshore Yachtmaster in the coming months). - sailed extensively as mast man as well as bowman on a Mat10.10 in Scottish inshore races for the last 3 years (both symmetrical and asymmetrical) - sailed extensively on keelboats up to 25ft in Scotland and Italy as trimmer and bow. - took part in a transat this year between South Africa and French Guyana on a 42ft steel boat, in a French crew of three. - took part in the 2013 Tall Ship Race in the Baltic sea on an ex-Withbread Round the World 55ft yacht (Tomidi). - delivered several yachts Bilbao-Valencia, La Rochelle - Reykjavik, Ostia-Malaga. - have small boat experience on lasers, RS Feva, RS400, Firefly and Fireball. - sailed on a J80 in Brest (France) as upwind-downwind trimmer, to support training of a crew taking part in the upcoming European championship in 2013.

Comments: Experienced girl, aged 27,high 180 cm, weight 57 kg, from Tuscany. I\'m a FIV dinghy instructor. My late experiences are as a trimmer. I\'ve partecipate at 151 miglia race, Barcolana, 2 cetacei and for 3 year I\'ve done a little champioship in Viareggio on a Sun Fast. I\'m fluent in english and I\'m a very good member on a crew, respectful and positive.

Plenty of inshore race experience mainly on the foredeck, but also comfortable at mast and pit. I am a quick learner so I be flexible and fit in wherever I\'m needed. Most recent experience: competed professionally at Cowes week aboard a first 40, and contested round the island on a first 25.7. Race regularly on the bow of a prism 25 out of Liverpool yacht club. Previously raced dinghies, mainly performance multihulls, lasers and RS200, as well as being an RYA dinghy instructor. Have over 2000miles coastal and offshore, and experience as a skipper. Looking to gain experience on bigger boats. I\'m a laid back easy going guy, but with a competitive streak. Always looking to race hard to earn the beers. Looking forward to hearing from you.
