Please note the mooring fees from 10.00 hrs on Sunday 12th September to 10.00 hrs on Monday 20th September are readfiled in the entry fee. No moorings can be guaranteed for entries received after 30th June 2004

Entries received after 30th June 2004 will be charged an extra € 500.00 Euros on the relevant Entry Fee.
Disclaimer
Competitors agree to be bound by International Sailing Federation Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2001/2004, by the Sailing Instructions and the Notice of race.
Competitors agree to take any and all responsibility for the nautical qualities of their yacht, the rigging, the crew's ability and the safety equipment. Competitors also agree to take any and all responsibility for damages caused to thirds persons or their belongings, to themselves or to their belongings, ashore and at sea as a consequence of their participation in the regatta, relieving of any responsibility the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, and all persons involved in the organization under whatever qualification and to accept full responsibility for the behaviour and dress of the yacht's crew, representatives and guests.
Competitors are to be acquainted with ISAF Part 1 Fundamental Rule 4: "The responsibility for a boat's decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone".
In any case Competitors agree that the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, Nautor's Swan, the sponsors and their agents in particular Rolex SA have no responsibility for loss of life or injury to members or others, or for the loss, or damage to any vessel or property.

As part of the registration process, each individual participating crew member will be required to sign a declaration accepting this disclaimer of liability.
Media Rights
Competitors grant Rolex SA, Nautor's Swan, the Organising Authority and any other sponsor of the event the unrestricted right and permission to use the name and the image for any text, photograph or video footage of either themselves or the yacht they are sailing during the event, to be published or broadcast in any media whatsoever (including but not limited to Press and TV advertisements or Internet), for either editorial or advertising purposes or to be used in press information; in this respect, competitors' name and biographical material may also be used or reproduced in any way known.
As part of the registration process, each individual participating crew member will be required to sign a declaration accepting this waiver of right.
